Yes! Due to high demand, most of our items sell out quickly. To reserve an item, a 10% non-refundable reservation fee is required. Your reserved item will be held exclusively for you for 48 hours.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Please give us a day to confirm your payment and process your order. After payment confirmation, we process your order promptly.
- For Metro Manila, we use Grab same-day delivery.
- For areas outside Metro Manila, we ship via LBC.
We offer free shipping on orders with a delivery fee of ₱500 or less.
Yes. All orders are insured. For purchases of Php100,000 and above, we include a complimentary tracking device to ensure your item’s safety until you receive it.
No. At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if an item is proven to be counterfeit by a reputable authenticator. That’s how confident we are in our authentication process.
All sales are final, but you may return an item if it was misrepresented or found to be counterfeit by a trusted third-party authenticator.
Return the item within 5 days of delivery in original condition with original packaging and labels. Contact us first via Viber +639164229990 to coordinate. Customers cover return shipping costs.
No. Items sourced by our personal shopping team are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Yes, but a 10% cancellation fee applies whether the order has shipped or not. Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, expect your refund within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your payment method or bank.
